The Cannon Cascade E-Series kayak paddle features a black anodized aluminum shaft, and is available in one piece or two piece formats. I chose the two piece since you can adjust the paddle’s blades, and it is very impressive.

The Cannon Cascade E-Series kayak paddle cuts through the water with minimal effort, and control is a breeze with its ovaled hand grips. I especially enjoy the flutter-free stroke the kayak paddle provides when it slices through the waves. All this and more, and in a 32oz. paddle!

The Cannon Cascade E-Series kayak paddle retails for $59.99, and is worth every penny. When you read this review, it’s important for you to understand how intense my testing was. The average kayak paddle at my rental shop is on the water about 20 hours a week. This is a very abusive environment for a kayak paddle, especially when you have beginners banging them into rocks and scraping them on random things. The Cannon Cascade E-Series kayak paddle out-performs kayak paddles costing three times as much.
